What The weight limit for a dirt bike?

Hey, I have any atv and looking to trade it for a dirt bike cause i can use my state forest here. I'm 310lbs. I play football thats why and was wondering if a dirt bike can hold my weight. Like a 250cc or higher. If i get one, could i just buy heavy duty shocks and be fine. I have seen 350lbs people use them so maybe. Thanks.

i think to hold you you should get a 450 or 500.
