Buying a waist trimmer? Should I?

I'm deciding on if I sohuld buy the TKO Extreme Training Waist Trimmer. It is a strip of meterial that you strap around your waist to tighten your stumoc and build better abs. Do these products actually work? I need to now soon. Here's the link.

If it makes you loose weight then how do I loose the size and fat content of my stumoc.

i have one
and it works
it doesnt make your waist smaller
but it loses your water weight
but when you drink water back
it comes back
it works kinda though
i like it but when you buy it only wear it to go running or walking because you will get a big nasty rash forever
it makes you sweat a ton
