Digital Electronic

question about pianos, digital/electronic pianos?

i love to play the piano and i want to have a kinda portable piano, lightweight, not as heavy/big as a upright or grand piano. the thing is, i want to find an electronic piano who retains its piano features as much as possible. first of all, i want to have the standard 7 1/3 octaves. and i also want that piano feeling when you strike the key, coz other electronic keyboards are too, uh how do you describe it... soft in a sense that when you press it, it's very light. unlike in pianos, you have to strike a little harder. and also i want it to have touch sensor, i mean the loudness and softness of the sound depends on the way i play/press/strike the keys.

are there any digital piano models/brand you recommend. i'm also after for the price. are there below $1000/$1200 that's of good quality?

As a classically trained pianist with 40 years experience I really like Yamaha's digital pianos because the weighted keys are great which parallels acoustic pianos and in general the sounds are very good too. You can see a selection of keyboards here at the link below or visit Piano Keyboard Reviews site (below) for reviews of keyboards.
