how do you get big?

i am about a 6 footer who weighs 165. i have increased my squat, but i have trouble making gains on the chest press, incline and flat bench.

i do butterflies but those only work deltoids and that's the only part of my body that really looks "DEFINED." I don't think I do enough necessary exercises so as to get the full body workout.

im pretty new and clueless to this whole thing, so

help?

Try a close grip press which will exercise the mid or inner chest. Also use a pec dec machine.
