Vibration Power plate...used by Madonna...?
hello,
so i have recently purchased a power plate...its not a cheapy one.
i have heard good reviews and bad reviews about it.
but i thopught ill give it a try.
i went on it for about 10 minutes and the fasted speed on it..oh boy is it fast...and it sed i lost 500 cals....next day my whole body was aching...my claf muscles were sore and it felt like i had done major work out.
i also did it on low speed and i lost like 200 cals in 10 mins.
if i aimed to loose 1000 cals a day on tht machine...do u think thts good?
please advice me...thanks
no you need cardio exercise u will build muscle with this and end up weighing more
