What should I Do at the school gym to get big pecs and biceps?

Ok so I'm a 13 year old male nearly 98 pounds wanting to keep fit and healthy but also wanna look good. I get 1 hour at school of pe with the gym. What should I do to Look good. We have a rowing machine , tredmill, bicycle , Dumbell simulator machine , Dumbells and basically every thing yourll find in a gym. How can I achieve this and can you give me some workouts to do at home (NO EQUIPMENT!) Thanks
