Treadmill is stuck at 4 mph?

I have a ProForm 930i treadmill. As soon as you plug in the safety stop magnet, it immediately starts going 4 mph as if it were in Manual mode. The control panel is unresponsive and the face fan doesn't even work. Everything was working fine yesterday, but now it's stuck. I guess it could be worse. I tried unplugging it and flipping the reset button, but it didn't help. There is an ethernet port and a small connector behind a panel, but I don't know what they're for. The control panel has an iFit.com button, but I've never used it. I don't have the owner's manual. Thanks for your advice!

The ethernet port and connector are for the technician to do perform basic diagnostics on the motor.

You need to get a trained engineer out to service this machine - hopefully it's still under warranty.
