how am i supposed to lose weight when i dont have a fancy fitness machine?
i have calculated that i need to lose 6 pounds everymonth until june to lose 30 pounds.
i really want an elliptical, but my mom wont let me get one
btw im a 14 year old female, 5'2" and 160 pounds
i have an old bowflex and an old Nordic Track (ski machine)
i also have an Ab Lounge Ultra
but they dont do anything
the nordictrack doesnt need to be plugged in, so it doesnt calculate calories burned or anything.
how am i supposed to burn enough calories per day to lose 6 pounds per month
You'll have to lose 700 calories a day to reach that goal. Simple math i'll show you.
1 pound of fat = 3500 calories * 6 pounds = 21000 calories/30 days = (700 calories/day)
As for how simply eat right, around 1800 calories a day divided into 5-6 meals if you can. Try and do 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. Use your bowflex and tone up your body and it will make your fatloss much quicker. Trust me when I say you wont turn into shehulk. It's very difficult to bulk up without really trying hard to for years.
