4 min Fat Burning Cardio Workout With An Exercise Bike

It is the New year and I'm fighting the enticement to buy an exercise bike.  Just about every year after a good vacation season, I see a few extra pounds that need shifting and come to the same conclusion, that I must get myself an exercise bike! 

A decade back, I acquired my first exercise bike.  A simple piece of engineering where 1/2 it seemed like a normal bike but was mechanically worked and with gears that were modified by hand.  As it seemed, I did not use it extraordinarily much and was much more interested in looking at it than actually using it.  This New Year I have made a decision to get myself a brand new exercise bike. 

I didn't have to look to far, for close to where I live is a fitness and health outlet.  It was in this store that I sought out my new exercise bike amid a whole floor dedicated to exercise bikes. 

The new exercise bikes, I initially thought were beyond my capabilities.  I got used to my old antique exercise bike, but the ones on display here appeared complicated in contrast.  It was actually off-putting as all of these exercise bikes seemed tough to operate and understand.  There were exercise bikes offering wind load resistance as well as exercise bikes with magnetic resistance in some cases.  I felt out of my depth.  Additionally, the majority of these contemporary exercise bikes required electricity before you begin.  They'd computers capable of observing your heart rate and other bodily functions.  Almost all of them had some type of digital display providing info concerning your speed, distance, calories and time. 

What with positioning on my person all of these monitors, I speculated as to if I would have the wherewithal left to climb upon my new exercise bike and really do any exercise.
